Text goes here for the content of the website. This lettering
is not quite black but a very dark gray. It is in verdana style
non bold size 12. We can make it bigger or blacker if need be.
A bulleted list is below with black font instead of the gray font
color. There is not a lot of difference but the black is a bit
darker. There should also be green bullets. If not I will fix
it later.
